Thanks G Torq, i thought caldari scouts were more than gal scouts, but i usually play in EU server i don't know what happen in the rest of the world XD BTW, my theory is somehow confirmed, active scanners has been overnerfed.

I know, but i don't believe that an automatic system can always judge what is better for a team. I'm not suggesting to eliminate it, but to use it, to give to the players the choice to kick another player.
